Friendly staff, very good location, very clean , fresh towels and betting every day...! Rooms are bit on the small side with very small but clean bathrooms.The swimming pool is very nice addition big enough just doesn't have deep end. Close to Metro station and bus stops. Walking distance to some of Singapore land marks. Eating out is easy with so many options close by even Domino's pizza, Golden Mile Food Centre with traditional hawker food...We where pleased to learn can leave our luggage after checking out and collected it later that night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Our stay at Hotel Boss was nice experience. The hotel is one of the busiest hotel offers clean rooms and decent amenities. Open gallery on fourth floor with swimming pool and gym is excellent and provide fantastic view of the city. Hotel is conveniently located near bus and metro stops which is very useful in saving travel time. Hotel is also surrounded with variety of restaurants which is very convenient to have food at any time. Also there are many spots such as Little India, Buggies Junction, Mustafa Market etc within 1 km range which are good for shopping.

It’s simple but clean and in a great location to transport, shops and eateries. We also had great views of the city from the 18th floor. Quick and easy check in and super easy to check out. We also love that the hotel is happy to store your luggage for the day until you need to collect them to head to the airport. The rooms are cleaned each day and you get all toiletries provided including toothbrush and mini toothpaste. The area feels totally safe day and night.

Kimi your receptionist on front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Staff cleaners were hard working but need to learn basic English, so visitors can communicate the basic questions & answers. They need to make sure they top up tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries every day if required. I had to go & chase up with the cleaners with their trolley on at least 3 occasions.

I have stayed at Hotel Boss on a number of occasions. It is in a good location near the metro and it is good value for money in the context of other similar hotels in Singapore. It is worth upgrading to a balcony room as this is a rare feature for hotels at this price range. I always sleep well here.
